How can I make a return?

We accept returns on unused or faulty products sent back in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact customer service or email help@clomfy-london.com to receive the return address. You are responsible for the cost of returns to our international fulfilment centre in China.

Returns are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will notify you once your refund is issued, which may take up to 10 days depending on your provider.

What if my order arrived with a fault?

If your item arrives faulty, please inform our customer service team on the delivery date via the Contact Page or email help@clomfy-london.com with your order number, full name, and detailed photos of the damage. Include any relevant details to help us resolve the issue.


PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

Clomfy London is not liable for missing parcels sent to an incorrect address or left in an unsecured location. Please contact us via email help@clomfy-london.com to report any missing orders. Allow extra time for transit delays. We cannot refund or send a replacement until 20 working days after the dispatch date (25 working days for international items). Once this period has expired, we will replace the missing order.

Please note that Clomfy London is not liable for additional import or customs fees incurred with your order. If unsure, visit your local government’s website for details on customs and taxes.
