How can I make a return?

We gladly accept returns for unused or faulty products, provided they are sent back in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@clomfy-london.com to receive the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, we typically process refunds within 24 hours. You will be notified once your refund has been issued, which may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

What if my order arrived with a fault?

If your item arrives faulty, please inform our customer service team on the delivery date via the Contact Page or email help@clomfy-london.com with your order number, full name, and detailed photos of the damage. Include any relevant details to help us resolve the issue.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

Clomfy London is not liable for missing parcels sent to an incorrect address or left in an unsecured location. Please contact us via email help@clomfy-london.com to report any missing orders. Allow extra time for transit delays. We cannot refund or send a replacement until 20 working days after the dispatch date (25 working days for international items). Once this period has expired, we will replace the missing order.
